Entering Openness – Easter Retreat

A five day Retreat dedicated to silent meditation, supported by silent nature walks, mantra chant and body awareness practices. With Elske van de Hulst and Sanghasevaka.

The Entering Openness Eastern Retreat is a five day retreat, wholly dedicated to silent meditation practice, supported by silent nature walks, mantra chant and body awareness practices.

The retreat is very practice-oriented and many of the break times will also be in silence. During the sessions instructions will be given as needed, and occasional sessions will open to sharing and questioning. Smaller same language groups will be created as needed.

For Whom?
If you have basic meditation experience and wish to deepen your practice, this retreat is perfect for you . We work with text fragments from Practices on the Buddhist Path and other books by Tarthang Tulku. They will be distributed for clarifying specific stages and obstacles in meditation.
