The path to world peace opens through inner peace. We offer a path rooted in the Tibetan buddhist Nyingma lineage, with both traditional and modern teachings especially suited for present society.

We are a buddhist center with retreat programs open for people from all backgrounds. We also offer open stays with a tailor made or personal program with art, writing, nature a.o..

Sustainable

We offer delicious and locally sourced organic vegetarian meals. We make use of renewable energy. We are a volunteer community in close cooperation with the long established German and Dutch Nyingma-City Centers.

Organization

The World Peace Stupa Center Europe is guided by Tibetan Lama Tarthang Tulku, born in 1935 in Golok, Tibet. A devoted scholar and author of over 40 books, he has dedicated his life to preserving Tibetan Buddhist texts and culture, sharing their spiritual and emotional teachings worldwide in ways that resonate with contemporary audiences.
