Caring from the Heart

Weekend with opening Caring and Kum Nye yoga practices, with Guda van der Lee and Sandra Degenhart.

Do you know what it means to “Care from the Heart”? Tarthang Tulku points out that caring means to treasure ourselves and others; it means we hold all life as a precious gift. We warmly invite you to dive into new experiences and knowledge of how to care for your body, emotions and mind in the midst of challenging situations. As you cultivate this caring you will awaken to new possibilities for a more enjoyable, healthy and meaningful life.

“A willingness to care for ourselves expands our ability to care for others because our hearts are open to the warmth of what is precious in each of us.“ Tarthang Tulku in Caring, p. xxi
